Still have a question?
Here you will find the most important information about Cannabismesse NRW.
If your question is not covered, feel free to contact us directly.
Is the registration of interest binding?
No. Registering your interest is non-binding and does not constitute a confirmed participation. It simply helps us identify interested Cannabis Social Clubs at an early stage and plan suitable participation options.
Does our club need to be officially registered and licensed?
Yes. To participate as a Cannabis Social Club, your organisation must be officially registered and hold the required licence. The initial registration of interest simply helps us understand your interest and coordinate the next steps with you.
Can we suggest a topic for the stage programme?
Yes. If you would like to contribute a topic, presentation, panel or discussion format, you can indicate this when registering your interest.
Are there any costs for Cannabis Social Clubs?
The final participation conditions are still being determined. Registering your interest does not involve any costs or obligations.
When will we hear back from you?
As soon as the planning becomes more concrete, we will contact registered Cannabis Social Clubs with further information about spaces, participation opportunities and the next steps.
Can several members of our club take part?
Yes, in principle. The number of people who can participate on site will depend on the available space, the participation format and the final event planning.
Can we bring information materials or promotional items?
Generally, yes, as long as they are suitable for the event and comply with the applicable rules. More detailed requirements regarding materials, setup and presentation will be provided well in advance of the event.
